  • Shipping: Provided by FAN Courier, the delivery value is RON 20. For heavier products, shipping is based on the total package weight.
  • Parcel Check: We ask all customers to request a package integrity check upon receipt. Any claim after signing the AWB receipt will not be valid.

Delivery terms

Orders are sent via a specialized express courier company and arrive at the customer within approximately 24 - 48 hours of dispatch. In special or exceptional conditions, the company reserves the right to extend the delivery time.

Product warranty

  • Duration: Tusy offers up to 12 months warranty for any product purchased.
  • Documentation: The warranty certificate is sent by email along with the invoice.
  • Instructions: Follow the maintenance instructions on the label and warranty certificate.

Returning products

  • Return request: Send a return request to contact@tusy.ro .
  • Conditions: The product must be returned in its original condition, with the packaging and all original accessories.

Return methods:

The customer can choose the method of returning the package, bearing the cost of shipping.

Return of the value:

  • Bank transfer: from ART CLASS ELECTRONICS SRL account to the client's account.
  • Card refund: for orders paid by card.

Legislation:

  • The right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 calendar days.
  • Refund of amounts within 14 days of termination of the contract.

Reasons for refusal of return:

  • Damage to the original packaging or the product due to improper packaging.
  • Using the product and sending it with signs of wear.

Recommendations for return:

  • Return the products in their original packaging, with intact labels, accessories and related documents.
  • Properly pack the package before handing it over to the courier.

Our Process: Your order will be shipped from our Los Angeles distribution center or directly from one of our trusted vendor partners, carefully packaged for safe arrival. To ensure a smooth experience, we ship your purchase when all items are in stock. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

 

Standard Shipping: Most accessories and select furniture pieces ship via FedEx Ground for fast, reliable delivery. Orders are carefully packaged and delivered right to your front door. Please note that standard shipping does not include in-home placement or assembly.

 

Delivery Methods:

Freight Delivery for Larger Items: For furniture and other oversized pieces that exceed FedEx size and weight limits, we partner with trusted Freight Delivery carriers to ensure safe handling of your order.

 

Special Handling & Oversize Charges: Additional fees may apply for oversized or specially handled items, based on the total value, size, shape, or weight of your order. For your security, orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

At Z Gallerie, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our team will work to make it right.

 

Return Windows

  • Furniture: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Décor & Accessories: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To Qualify: Items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition, with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase included.

 

Important Details

  • Original shipping and White Glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after warehouse inspection.
  • Custom orders, final sale, clearance, gift cards, and outlet purchases are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

 

Defects or Damages: If your item arrives with a defect or damage, contact Customer Service via Live Chat or customerservice@zgallerie.com with your order number and photos for a prompt resolution.

 

Motion Mechanism Warranty: Covered by an 18-month warranty for recliners, gliders, and swivels. This does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or improper use.
